Return Policy

You can return Stereo Spring within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided that it was not damaged, and is shipped back in original packaging.

You pay for shipping and the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Custom wooden cases are made to order and can't be returned.

Warranty

Stereo Spring comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. It covers defects in sound and functionality. However, I am a 1-person team, and I assemble each of these by hand, so small scratches, blemishes, and other minor cosmetic issues are not covered. Nor does it cover damage that occurs after it has been received, when it has been modified or repaired by someone else, or when using a power supply other than the one included.

Terms of Sale

Stereo Spring is made and sold by Sanguine Works. Stereo Spring is currently sold and shipped within the United States only. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. If an order can't ship within the time stated at checkout, I'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund. My liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Your email address is used only for your order and Stereo Spring updates, and is never sold or shared.
